All services are final once media files transfer is completed. Cost and list of retrivable files will be sent to the cusomter before files are actually retrivied. If customer decides they do not want the files, then their will be no serive charges. Lost Memories has the right to refuse any services requested.
Currently Photos can be delivered in person to Lost Memories.
